ONE CAMPING UNIT ALLOWED PER CAMPSITE. What is a camping unit? A camping unit is either a tent, camper, RV or bus. A vehicle with a camper trailer counts as one camping unit. If you have a tent for the bed of your truck, this is acceptable in the RV/Camper SITES but counts as one camping unit on the campsite.
MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE PER CAMPSITE.
ONE VEHICLE PER CAMPSITE. Which is likely the RV you drove or the truck/car you used to pull your camper trailer. No extra vehicles will be allowed at your campsite, as space is limited. EACH CAMPSITE WILL RECEIVE ONLY ONE VEHICLE PASS. Additional vehicle passes are not available. All additional vehicles must park in general parking.
WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS FOR PARTIES BEING CAMPED NEXT TO EACH OTHER. Plan ahead and arrive together.
In anticipation of a long line for camping check-in, please have the following ready so we don’t hold you up for the party!
– Campsite ticket
– Per-person camping wristband ticket
– Ramble Jam event tickets
Camping check in will be a two-step process. First, Ramble Jam volunteers will scan all of your tickets. These include your campsite ticket, event tickets and per-person camping wristband tickets. Volunteers will put on your wristbands, direct you to your campsite and provide direction on parking your RV and/or vehicle. If you want to park next to your friends, plan to arrive together. RV campsites are all over the fairgrounds and electric and non-electric are mixed together.
Tent camping parking is close to your tent camping site. State regulations do not allow vehicle parking next to your tent. You will be able to drop off all your gear at the tent entrance, then park in close proximity to the tent site. If you’re familiar with the fairgrounds, tent camping is south of the grandstand and parking will be east of the horse arena.
A few reminders for those with electric campsites: Bring 50-30, 30-20 power adapters and a 50′ extension cord. We cannot guarantee water for all electric sites, but bring a water ‘Y’ split and a 50′ hose minimum in case your site has water available.
A few basic rules to remember: NO open fires. When using a portable fire pit the top must always be in place. NO DJ and or live performances, NO kegs, NO selling food, beverages or other items. Pets must be leashed when outside of your unit. Propane grills are allowed but no charcoal or open fires.
Read the Trailerhood Rules and Regulations » for all the other information needed.
